 ATTIVITA’
• Responsabile di migliorare i prodotti inhouse dell’area Gaming attualmente esistenti e lavorare per 
promuovere la loro diffusione all’attuale customer base;
• Identificare le opportunità di mercato, costruire business case aziendali e definire la visione e la strategia 
di prodotto per lo sviluppo di prodotti inhouse (ie: giochi da casinò, bingo, etc);
• Costruire e gestire una roadmap di prodotto a stretto contatto con tutti i dipartimenti aziendali e anche 
fornitori di terze parti;
• Gestire priorità delle singole richieste in roadmap sulla base delle priorità strategiche aziendali;
• Assicurarsi che il portfolio dei prodotti Gaming inhouse sia fruibile e all’avanguardia con il resto del 
mercato;
• Individua e suggerisce nuove soluzioni più innovative ed efficaci al fine di migliorare la qualità dei 
prodotti inhouse e le loro performances;
• Misura il successo di caratteristiche di prodotto dopo il rilascio e ne ottimizza le prestazioni attraverso 
una rapida iterazione data-driven;
• Assiste nella progettazione e ottimizzazione delle caratteristiche innovative del prodotto volte a 
migliorare l’acquisizione dei clienti, la conservazione e la monetizzazione;
• Comunica le strategie di prodotto e le roadmap agli stakeholder a tutti i livelli del business attraverso 
presentazioni chiare ed efficaci. 
CARATTERISTICHE
• Diplomato o laureato;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Precedente esperienza maturata in posizioni analoghe e/o di sviluppo del prodotto;
• Forti capacità motivazionali e creatività;
• Ottime doti di analisi e capacità organizzative;
• Capacità di muoversi in autonomia, flessibile, dinamico e con spiccate doti di iniziativa; 
• Eccellenti capacità interpersonali e capacità di interagire bene a tutti i livelli aziendali;
• Buona conoscenza dei prodotti gaming in generale (casinò, poker, bingo, giochi di abilità);
• Ottime capacità di utilizzo del computer, pacchetto Office ed uso di Internet;
• Abilità a trattare con confidenzialità tutte le informazioni con le quali si entra in contatto; 
• La posizione è full time.
