Hotel Technician (m/f/d) - 35 hours week - Ruby Bea Design Hotel

Bei uns wird dir garantiert nicht langweilig, denn du:
  • Bist verantwortlich für alle allgemeinen technischen Kleinstreparaturen, baulichen Ausbesserungen und notwendigen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Kontrollierst regelmäßig die technischen Anlagen des Hotels
  • Koordinierst alle externen Facility Management Dienstleistungsfirmen
  • Führst Malerarbeiten und Silikonierungen im gesamten Hotel durch
  • Arbeitest eng mit der Zentrale in München zusammen und stimmst dich mit dem Housekeeping Team ab
  • Überwachst alle regelmäßigen Wartungen und Sachverständigenprüfungen der technischen und sicherheitsrelevanten Anlagen in Abstimmung mit dem Maintenance Manager:in
  • Bist verantwortlich für den Einkauf von Ersatzmaterial im Aufgabenbereich
  • Übernimmst die Pflege der Außenanlagen
Wir haben schon auf dich gewartet, denn du:
  • Hast eine Berufsausbildung im Bereich HKLS und/oder Elektro
  • Bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position mit
  • Konntest bereits Erfahrungen im Führen/Koordinieren von externen Dienstleistern sammeln
  • Hast gute allgemeine handwerkliche Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten (bspw. Malern, Elektro, Sanitär)
  • Trittst souverän auf, bringst Lebensfreude mit und Humor ist für dich kein Fremdwort
  • Hast Spaß an internationalen, anspruchsvollen Gästen sowie die Fähigkeit, auf unterschiedliche Gäste und Wünsche smart einzugehen
  • Beherrschst sowohl Italienisch als auch Englisch
