Job Description

Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in Hospitality profiles, is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join the Sales team of our client, a lifestyle hotel, part of an International Hotel Group.

Responsibilities:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Luxury Leisure & MICE Clients/Agencies in UK & US
  • Leading and managing the daily sales efforts for our client, with a focus on positioning the hotel, brand communication, and customer development for various aspects including rooms, dining outlets, and events.
  • Overseeing rental revenue, yield strategies, implementation, market performance, and achieving budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets.
  • Building effective partnerships with like-minded luxury brands to enhance revenue and positioning, while also establishing and maintaining strong business relations with key luxury travel agencies.
  • Collaborating with the Executive team in preparing annual sales and marketing budgets.
  • Identifying opportunities for new revenue streams and optimizing existing ones.


Requirements
  • Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in the English language and Italian.
  • Sales experience inthe hospitality industry is a must with exposure on UK & US Markets
  • Ideally hold a degree in business management, hotel management, marketing, or an equivalent field.
  • Exhibit dynamic leadership, excellent communication, decision-making skills, and a sharp business acumen..
  • Showcase strong selling and negotiation skills, along with good analytical abilities.

Requirements
Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in the English language and Italian.
