Specific Responsabilities:

  • Develop and implement HR solutions and processes to support delivery of business goals and strategy.
  • Manage human resources function under the corporate guidelines and according to them.
  • Take care of monthly payroll process in collaboration with Finance department as well as any other operational activities under HR management function.
  • Manage local contracts, agreements and any necessary side letters or changes required.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, group directives and external audit requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources programs at a local level.
  • Develop and execute compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Foster effective communication between employees and management.
  • Conduct searches and selection of candidates.
  • Cascade HQ training and development programs and provide local training and development programs.
  • Interact with government agencies and maintain a good relationship with them.
  • Maintain the organizational chart of the country updated, as well as applicable job descriptions (in coordination with the Headquarters).
  • Take care of labor relationship matters: collective agreement, negotiations with unions, labor calendar, contracts, etc.
  • Control HR KPIs defined by the HR Department at the Headquarters.
  • Education: Degree in Psychology, Sociology or other related to the position. Master in Human Resources would be a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent English is a must, as well as fluent local language. Other languages would be an asset, especially Spanish.
  • Experience (years/area): +4 years of HR related experience in medium multinational companies.
  • Specific Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the local labor market.
  • Personal skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, strong sense of responsibility, proactivity and resolution.
