HR People Care Manager

BWH Hotels Italia, con 170 hotel affiliati in oltre 120 località su tutto il territorio, è il brand alberghiero leader in Italia.
La risorsa sarà responsabile dello sviluppo di iniziative di supporto agli alberghi perché siano capaci di attrarre e trattenere talenti attraverso una migliore gestione del personale, programmi di formazione e crescita, bilanciamento delle necessità familiari e lavorative, gestione del clima aziendale, impostazione MBO e di welfare. L'obiettivo è di identificare le necessità primarie degli imprenditori e dei collaboratori e costruire percorsi implementabili a livello di singola struttura per un maggior benessere delle risorse e un più sentito coinvolgimento nella vita e nei risultati dell'hotel.
Inoltre, la figura concorrerà allo sviluppo di programmi e iniziative, con la stessa finalità, rivolti al personale interno di BWH.
Il candidato/a dovrà possedere:
- conoscenza di strumenti e normative in ambito HR
- nozioni ESG
- conoscenza della lingua inglese
- conoscenza del pacchetto office
- conoscenza dei social media in ambito professionale
Tipo di contratto: Full Time
Retribuzione oraria indicativa: 12 - 13 €
La retribuzione effettiva potrà essere valutata in base alla reale esperienza del candidato.
