Join us as a Key Account Manager - E-commerce & Online Payments
What you will be doing
Joining Satispay means being a leader in change and innovation.
The role is based within our new Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will take part in the Key Accounts Team and support the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, and soon other countries).
As a Key Account Manager - Ecommerce & Online Payments, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our relationships with key online partners. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful rollout, adoption and visibility of Satispay. This role will also require you to closely monitor merchant performance through data analysis and ad hoc reports and to take creative and innovative actions to increase the number of transactions and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and lead strong, long-lasting relationships with your key online partners’ portfolio and act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively;
- Drive exceptional merchants' growth and avoid churn;
- Collaborate with merchants to ensure the seamless integration and rollout of Satispay, providing them with guidance and support during the implementation and onboarding process;
- Deal with trade-marketing activities during and post-go-live;
- Regularly analyze data and generate reports to assess merchant performance and proactively propose and implement innovative and creative strategies to improve merchants' metrics, products and operations;
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by Partners to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership;
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

You have:
- At least 5 years experience in key account management, corporate partnerships, or business development with experience in C-Level stakeholder management;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive problem solutions and performance improvements;
- Previous experience in defining co-mktg plans with partners;
- Proficiency in using GSuite (in particular GSheet) and data analysis tools;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- High motivation, positive and proactive approach and exceptional commercial and relational attitude.

- A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset;
- Precise in execution and with a detail-oriented mindset;
- A great communicator and able to adapt to fast-paced and high-dynamic environments;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Knowledgeable and/or passionate about the Fintech industry.
Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
