We are looking for a qualified Sales Business Administror / Business Support to join our team in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our local sales team with various tasks.

What you will do
- Support the Italian Team in all tasks related to sales, administration and special projects
- Support the merchants in case of after sales issues, like handing in missing documents, their Viva Wallet account, terminals etc.
- Identify new leads and enter and update customer data and other relevant information in the database
- Execute defined sales campaigns
- Support the preparation of the necessary sales material (presentations, scripts, folders etc.)
- Manage stock of the POS devices
- Promote team spirit and be committed to constant learning
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of expertise in a sales support position
- Experience in professional communication with merchants
- Ability to have several tasks and issues in check at the same time
- Resiliency and the ability to handle a high workload in a fast-paced environment
- BA degree
- Computer literacy
- Excellent use of Italian and good use of English language
