JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for passionate and motivated, curious and entrepreneurial talents, to join us at our Milan Headquarter to be introduced to the Business Project Marketing Italy Wholesale Team.

The Business Project Marketing team works for the business frames and lenses of Italy and organizes B2B events, takes care of digital communication, works on content dedicated to digital tools for the wholesale channel (goal: working on adoption) and develops marketing campaigns on optical wholesale e-commerce customers.

The person joining the team, will report to the Business Projects Manager and be responsible for activities to support the team.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

EVENT ORGANIZATION - Working on B2B Event Organization (Frames & Lenses): from cost planning to on-site support DIGITAL COMMUNICATION - Digital Communication Calendar management (B2B Website + Newsletter + Trade Press) and content creation with the support of external agencies and brand marketing teams (internal) B2B DIGITAL TOOL - Management of digital tools for sharing materials (digital and trade marketing) targeting B2B E-COMMERCE WHOLESALE MARKETING - Work with Italian Brand Marketing Teams and Corporate E-Wholesale Team to support and develop marketing activities dedicated to E-Commerce Wholesale customers CONSUMER WEBSITE - Update content consumer sites (Lenses): store locator and brand pages

NETWORK OF INTERACTION:

INTERNAL : Team Marketing (Brand + Trade) + Team Sales (Area Manager Frames/Lenses + Field Account Manager + Sales Account) + Corporate Team (Event Team – Digital Team – E-Wholesale Team)

EXTERNAL : Marketing and Event Agency

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:

Educational Background in management - marketing - communication Preferable if background with 1 internship experience Experience with office package (excel – power point)
