Italy - Genova – Roma - Trieste

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented and motivated Product Designer to join our international team and play a key role in the design and development of our innovative products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working in an agile environment.

ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into actionable design solutions.
•Conduct user research and usability testing to inform the design process.
•Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
•Work with engineers and other stakeholders to implement designs and ensure a high-quality user experience.
•Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

•Portfolio of work that demonstrates your design skills and abilities.
•5+ years of experience in product design.
•Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
•Experience working in an agile environment.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Experience with product management tools and methodologies (, Scrum, Jira, Confluence)
•Professional English
