EFI is looking for a Digital Printing Forensic Engineer with Digital Printing experience to join our Demo Center in Bergamo, Italy.

Responsibilities:

·Under the supervision of our manager, you will be responsible for working directly with digital Textile Printing Heads on many different Printer platforms.

·Printing on digital Textile machines, for showing them to the customers

·Analyzing and recovering digital printing head failures.

·Catalog malfunctions and compiling statistics, for improving heads’ behavior.

·Producing Head Failure Reports.

·Testing heads behavior with different inks and different machines.

·Troubleshooting printing heads batch quality.

·Analyze customer printing issues, simulating them in the Lab.

·Managing textile digital printing machines and laboratory equipment.

·Travel opportunities may be available, sometimes, for supporting customers.

Job Requirements:

·Positive Attitude and problem-solving approach.

·An open-minded and customer-oriented approach.

·Communication skills.

·Time management and self-scheduling skills to accomplish tasks.

·Able to record results clearly and report out.

·Able to work individually and within a team environment.

·Ability to keep a clean work area that is well organized.

·Familiar with the Textile Printing industry and Ink Jet experience is preferred.

·Technical degree and 3 years field related experience is preferred.

·Italian and English knowledge.
