Intesa Sanpaolo Insurance Agency è la realtà della Divisione Insurance del Gruppo Intesa Sanpaolo, con l'obiettivo di differenziare e potenziare la proposizione dell'offerta assicurativa delle Compagnie del Gruppo, in particolare sul target Corporate. 
E' alla ricerca di profili qualificati che vogliono confrontarsi con percorsi di crescita professionali impegnativi e stimolanti con i seguenti requisiti:

Scopo e attività

Nell'ottica di perseguire obiettivi commerciali sfidanti ricerca profili con esperienza sui prodotti Employee Benefit (Salute collettiva, TCM collettive, Infortuni collettive e Previdenza).
L'Insurance Client Advisor opererà in sinergia con le Compagnie assicurative del Gruppo nonché con la rete commerciale della Banca e con un ampio network di broker, con un'attenzione particolare alle coperture Employee Benefits tailor made.

Principali attività:
- Agire, in coerenza con le strategia della Direzione Commerciale e degli obiettivi dell'Area, per lo sviluppo del business assicurativo nel segmento di aziende medie e grandi
- Gestione e sviluppo del canale dei Broker nelle zone geografiche assegnate
- Anticipare le esigenze assicurative dei clienti e applicare un approccio proattivo e consulenziale alla vendita, toccando anche gli aspetti più sofisticati come la fiscalità o le leve di risk management
- Collaborare con colleghi, anche di altre strutture, al fine di contribuire a sviluppare un'offerta di prodotti sempre più efficace

Il ruolo prevede frequenti trasferte sul territorio (Lazio, Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Sicilia)

Esperienza Richiesta

- almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali in ambito assicurativo
- consolidata esperienza nei rami Salute ed Employee Benefit

Competenze, Conoscenze e Qualifiche richieste

- capacità di collaborare con colleghi e figure aziendali senior in ottica di un incisivo ingaggio con clienti esistenti e prospect, sempre nel rispetto della mission e dei valori del Gruppo
- capacità di comprendere in modo approfondito trend di mercato, strategie di prezzo e business di riferimento dei clienti, anche complessi
- capacità di analisi dei rischi dei clienti
- sofisticate capacità di negoziazione
- spiccate doti relazionali 
- interesse nel tenersi sempre aggiornati sui trend assicurativi e agire in modo proattivo nella valutazione dei rischi e nelle relative proposte assicurative
