The role

We are on the lookout for a Sales Manager for our recently inaugurated campus in the captivating city of Napoli

In this role, working closely with the Community Manager, your mission will be to increase the occupancy of our freshly open campus by contributing to business growth through effective sales initiatives while fostering a friendly and supportive environment, encompassing member engagement and seamless space management.

Responsibilities

Sales and business development. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively engaging with potential clients and partners, conducting tours and presentations to showcase the benefits of our beautiful ecosystem
Space management and supplier supervision. Direct day-to-day operations, oversee suppliers, ensure a top-notch environment, and take the lead on seamless opening and closing procedures
Member engagement and into member needs, fostering a vibrant community, and collaborate with the Community Manager to create exciting, member-driven events Front desk operations and hospitality coordination. Welcome members, handle inquiries, and ensure efficient check-ins Event coordination. Co-create engaging experiences and seamlessly coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure event readiness
Onboarding check and tech guidance. Take charge of onboarding new community members and visitors, from crafting badges to providing tech guidance for a smooth daily experience Data records and management. Organize records with precision, extract insights, and collaborate with the Sales team for accuracy in sales initiatives Challenges resolution. Tackle daily issues with the Community Manager, fostering a positive co-working vibe for everyone

About you

Experienced hospitality and sales professional. You bring + years of expertise in sales and hospitality – experience within the dynamic startup sector would be a great plus Customer-centric virtuoso. You keep the customer at the forefront, exhibiting an exceptional customer-oriented approach Engaging speaker and attentive listener. You command attention through skilled public speaking and impeccable communication finesse, elevating your sales prowess Versatile team contributor. You fearlessly handle responsibilities in dynamic settings, adeptly combining organizational skills with teamwork, ensuring a focused approach to achieve objectives
Tech-savvy operator. You effortlessly navigate the digital landscape, showcasing mastery of IT tools (G-Suite, Excel, Notion, etc.) while committing to continuous learning
Passion and curiosity infuse passion and curiosity into every task, from the minutiae to strategic initiatives Bilingual communicator. You have a native level of Italian and full proficiency in both oral and written English Napoli-based. You live and breathe the colorful Napoli environment and can easily reach our Campus (Via San Giacomo, ) Psst. You'll be the host of the campus, therefore a out of days presence is required
