In qualità di Medical Information Specialist, contribuirete a:

  • Fornire un'assistenza centrata sul paziente e facilitare l'accesso del paziente ai servizi in modo piacevole e consapevole, comunicando con una popolazione eterogenea utilizzando capacità interpersonali ben sviluppate;
  • Rispondere ai quesiti riguardanti gli studi clinici, la letteratura e gli RCP dei prodotti provenienti dai professionisti sanitari, farmacisti ed altri stakeholder.
  • Fornire supporto informativo su prodotti farmaceutici e terapie, garantendo la precisione scientifica e la conformità normativa.
  • Gestire e mantenere database di informazioni scientifiche per garantire l'accesso rapido e accurato alle risorse pertinenti.
  • Collaborare con team multidisciplinari per sviluppare materiali educativi e di supporto basati su evidenze scientifiche.
  • Mantenere un'ampia conoscenza delle ultime ricerche cliniche, linee guida terapeutiche e normative del settore farmaceutico.
  • Segnalare e gestire Individual Case Safety and Product Quality Compliant.
  • Comunicare efficacemente con i membri del team e con i pazienti tutti gli aspetti del servizio;
  • Costruire, monitorare e seguire l'attuazione dei KPI. Misurare il valore e l'impatto;
  • Essere la persona di riferimento per progetti ad hoc laddove richiesto dalle esigenze aziendali;

Requirements

  • Laurea in chimica e tecnologia farmaceutica, farmacia, chimica, chimica industriale, scienze biologiche, medicina e chirurgia, medicina veterinaria;
  • Abilitazione all'esercizio della professione e iscrizione all'albo.
  • Aver svolto attività pratiche di analisi qualitativa dei farmaci, analisi quantitativa dei principi attivi, test e verifiche necessarie a garantire la qualità dei farmaci, per un periodo di almeno due anni in aziende autorizzate alla produzione di farmaci;
  • È gradita un'esperienza nella gestione della farmacovigilanza;
  • Esperienza precedente nella comunicazione medica o nell'informazione sanitaria;
  • Capacità di identificare e analizzare le opportunità e le problematiche scientifiche dell'area terapeutica e di formulare proposte di miglioramento;
  • Capacità di analisi critica e sintesi delle informazioni scientifiche complesse;
  • Siete in grado di creare consapevolezza del percorso del paziente;
  • Siete in grado di comprendere l'ecosistema sanitario e il modo in cui cambia nel tempo, e di utilizzarlo per la strategia e la pianificazione dell'accesso;
  • Siete in grado di comprendere le implicazioni di nuove questioni e tendenze sull'attività degli stakeholder, portando a una comprensione più profonda dell'attività e della strategia degli stakeholder;
  • Siete in grado di identificare le opportunità di networking per migliorare l'offerta di valore per i pazienti e di tradurre le esigenze dei clienti in soluzioni efficaci;
  • Siete in grado di risolvere i problemi;
  • Dimostrate di essere in grado di lavorare ad alto livello anche in circostanze difficili;
  • Organizzazione, flessibilità, multitasking e capacità di agire in modo indipendente e di prendere iniziative;
  • Interesse a lavorare in un ambiente in rapida evoluzione e a stabilire le priorità;
  • Italiano di livello madrelingua e inglese di livello B2, lettura, conversazione, scrittura e comprensione. Qualsiasi altra lingua sarebbe un valore aggiunto.
