Job description

As a Financial Planning Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing the financial performance of the scope you are assigned and ensure the financial sustainability of its business.

This includes:

  • Reviewing and monitoring of the monthly P&L of the scope
  • Providing the analysis required to establish a yearly budget and monitor its gap with the P&L
  • Providing financial analysis and forecasting
  • Analyzing the profitability of individual business lines/projects and identifying actions to preserve/improve the business’ margins
  • Supporting the determination of the variable remuneration of the management
  • Supporting the production of financial reports to be submitted to the Board of Directors
  • Overseeing and monitoring the structured projects provisions
  • Managing cash and monitoring the invoicing flows
  • Interacting and coordinating with the other finance teams: treasury, controlling, accounting, invoicing, etc. and staff departments: HR, Management and Director
  • Managing a business controller and potentially junior Financial Planning Analysts

Ideal Profile:

Completed a first successful experience in finance, looking for a challenging next step.

You have or are:

  • Graduated from a Master's degree
  • A previous experience between 3-4 years in a similar position (corporate finance, controlling, financial analysis…)
  • Already an experience of team management
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills, with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentations creation abilities along with financial modeling experience
  • Excellent communication and inter-relationnal skills; ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English is required
  • Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com for improving day-to-day productivity
