As  Area Talent Acquisition Manager – Southern Europe at Belmond you are part of a team that attracts brilliant talent to our portfolio of luxury hotels and corporate office in Milan. Working with iconic properties such as Hotel Cipriani in Venice, Hotel Splendido in Portofino or the Grand Hotel Time in Taormina you will recruit a variety of roles and partner with the senior management team and the Global Talent Acquisition team.

What you will do

  • Act as a business partner and expert on all recruitment processes and strategies for Southern Europe
  • Act as an Employer brand Champion attracting top-class talent and influencing hiring trends, implementing best practice to activate our new EVP
  • Create initiatives to support volume hiring such as; Pipelining, Career Fairs, EVP activation,
  • Collaborate with HR to establish and implement relevant processes and interventions
  • Identify & maintain relationships with external partners; Education, Industry, LVMH group to attract diverse talent
  • Champion all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communications)
  • Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
  • Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)

Requirements

What you will Bring

·       Talent Acquisition / Recruitment specialist with demonstrated experience in recruiting multiple roles ideally in a multisite environment

·       Prior experience in activating Employer Brand initiatives / an understanding of best practices

·       Social Media / Technology savvy

·       Strong communicator/presenter capable of representing the Belmond brand to a variety of external stakeholders

·       Fluent in Italian and English any additional languages beneficial

·       Strong influencer capable of partnering with senior leaders across Hotels & Corporate

·       Prior experience in Hospitality, Retail, FMCG (any multisite organisation) advantageous
