Experienced - Operation Excellence Public – Servizi di Project, demand e Change Management - Consulting Stiamo cercando una figura con esperienza da inserire nel team Operation Excellence Public di Deloitte Consulting nella sede di Roma, che lavorerà in modalità Hybrid. Il business Operation Excellence Public di Deloitte Consulting si occupa di supportare i nostri clienti nella individuazione di soluzioni e modelli finalizzati al miglioramento della produttività, efficienza, qualità dei servizi offerti, anche con il supporto delle nuove tecnologie e di accompagnare le Pubbliche Amministrazioni nell’implementazione delle policy a supporto della coesione territoriale e dello sviluppo regionale / settoriale in diversi ambiti. Your Role La risorsa Experienced verrà inserita in un team di lavoro e si occuperà di: Supportare il team nella interpretazione dei bisogni del cliente e nella definizione delle metodologie e negli approcci più adatti per la loro ottimale soddisfazione Individuare, selezionare ed eventualmente customizzare gli strumenti più utili per la raccolta ed analisi di dati e l’elaborazione di soluzioni a supporto degli obiettivi del cliente  Produrre analisi solide e corredate da dati fattuali in modo autonomo, utilizzando strumenti e risorse messe a disposizione e coordinando persone più Junior, se necessario; Comunicare in modo chiaro ed incisivo le proprie idee e proposte a seconda dell’audience (e.g. C-level executives, fornitori IT, referenti del cliente e risorse del team di progetto).  WinningRequirements Laurea magistrale in materie business o STEM Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni maturata in società di consulenza o altre grandi imprese ICT Competenze nell’ambito di servizi ICT, project management, monitoraggio, change e demand management, controllo e/o valutazione di programmi/progetti IT.
