Senior System Engineer

Obiettivo

La persona selezionata gestirà e coordinerà l'infrastruttura tecnologica del Cliente e le attività ad essa correlate:

  • Gestione Active Directory on prem;
  • Gestione Microsoft Azure o Login ID;
  • Gestione infrastruttura virtualizzata (VMware);
  • Gestione MDM (mobile device management).  

 

Principali responsabilità

  • Process e Workflow management: Analizzare e ottimizzare workflows e processi infrastrutturali, implementando le best practices volte a migliorare l'efficienza operativa e la qualità del servizio;
  • Stakeholder Management: lavorare con diverse Business Unit, inclusi dipartimenti tecnici e di business, per analizzare i bisogni e assicurare la consistenza degli obiettivi. Sarà sua responsabilità gestire proattivamente le aspettative degli stakeholders, assicurando una comunicazione chiara e trasparente;
  • Gestione autonoma di progetti tecnologici: sarà responsabile della pianificazione, della messa a terra e del monitoring di progetti infrastrutturali. Assicurerà il rispetto di tempi, costi e obiettivi aziendali;
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Svilupperà e manterrà solide relazioni con i provider tecnologici. Gestirà le negoziazioni e le valutazioni delle proposte dei fornitori assicurandosi la qualità dei servizi e dei prodotti;
  • Technical Support: Garantire un supporto avanzato nella risoluzione di problematiche infrastrutturali.
     

Requisiti per la posizione

  • esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 4 anni;
  • solida esperienza nella gestione di infrastrutture tecnologiche come Active Directory, Login ID, VMware, Google Workspace e soluzioni MDM;
  • Abilità di comunicare efficacemente con Team e stakeholders;
  • Capacità di risolvere problemi complessi e fornire supporto di III Livello;
  • Orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e multi competenza;
  • Solida esperienza con sistemi operativi, network e architetture hardware.

Sarà considerato un plus:

  • Esperienza nella gestione di infrastrutture complesse e migrazione di ambienti in Cloud;
  • Esperienza pregressa con strumenti di MDM come mobileiron, Microsoft Intune e Jamf.
