In qualità di Drive Test and Optimization Engineer entrerai a far parte del team di Radio Network Optimization.

Ti occuperai dell’ottimizzazione e ingegnerizzazione della rete, sarai responsabile della conduzione di attività di ottimizzazione, progettazione e ingegnerizzazione della rete volte a migliorare le prestazioni della rete e l'esperienza degli utenti.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:

Pianificare ed effettuare campagne di drive test, analizzare i risultati e produrre la reportistica Verificare le statistiche della rete radio 3G / 4G / 5G su base giornaliera Supervisionare le prestazioni della rete mediante i KPI / KQI e l'analisi delle statistiche di rete (accessibilità, mantenimento del servizio e qualità del servizio) Gestire attività di ottimizzazione attraverso report delle prestazioni di rete, campagne di benchmarking e analisi dei drive test Eseguire tecniche di ottimizzazione sito per sito (cambio dei tilt meccanico/elettrico, cambio azimuth, impostazione delle potenze di trasmissione, analisi della lista delle adiacenze, ecc.) al fine di garantire prestazioni ottimali Eseguire audit dei parametri della rete radio Creare, gestire e produrre report per lo stato e le prestazioni della rete Valutare e adottare nuovi metodi e tecnologie relativi all'ottimizzazione della rete radio, alle funzionalità, ai test e all'ottimizzazione Supportare la fase di definizione dei processi e le procedure per il monitoraggio, l'ottimizzazione e le attività di ingegneria Indagare e risolvere eventuali reclami degli utenti

Requisiti

Must Have


Esperienza nel ruolo specifico o in ruoli analoghi di almeno 1 anno Approfondita conoscenza degli standard 3GPP (incluso 5G), in particolare di quelli relativi alla RAN, nuove roadmap tecnologiche e delle strategie di rete Conoscenza tecnica dettagliata delle architetture di reti mobili (WCDMA, LTE e 5G), interfaccia radio, parametri e servizi Conoscenza ed esperienza di strumenti di drive test e post analisi (es. TEMS, Diversity Benchmarker) Disponibilità a viaggiare in tutta Italia

Nice to Have


Laurea in Ingegneria o equivalente Ottime doti relazionali e di comunicazione Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese, il francese è considerato un plus
