Per il nostro team di avviamento progetti con sede a Roma e focalizzato su progetti in Arabia Saudita, stiamo cercando un Design Expert .
Il candidato, che risponde al Direttore Tecnico, gestirà i consulenti di progettazione impegnati per tutte le discipline del progetto. Ciò comprende il collegamento generale con il team di consulenti, la programmazione e la revisione dell'avanzamento della progettazione, le interfacce di progettazione, la gestione dei documenti e la gestione commerciale del team di progettazione in relazione all'ambito di lavoro in conformità con il programma dei lavori di costruzione.
Responsabilità:
Garantire la conformità ai programmi QHSE; Lavorare/coordinarsi con un team di progettazione multidisciplinare; Collaborare con un team di costruzione multidisciplinare; Gestire la produzione di RFI e disegni di progetto; Garantire la conformità con l'accordo di progetto e il PSOS; Effettuare studi tecnici e di fattibilità, comprese le indagini in loco; Garantire la conformità agli standard dei progetti di costruzione, dei piani e delle specifiche; Assicurare che i progetti siano conformi alle linee guida, ai requisiti delle norme edilizie e ad altre normative; Identificare i conflitti tra i documenti contrattuali e raccomandare una soluzione; Assistere il direttore tecnico; Preparare tutti i rapporti necessari per soddisfare i requisiti del progetto; Eseguire tutti gli altri compiti correlati che contribuiranno al completamento del progetto.Requisiti:
Laurea in ingegneria o altra formazione equivalente; Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese, sia scritto che parlato; Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi; Preferibile esperienza in lavori di progettazione/costruzione in ambito civile ed elettronico; Esperienza in edifici industriali; Buona iniziativa, attenzione ai dettagli Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente di squadra Ottime capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta Ottime competenze in MS Excel e MS Word, Autocad.
