Profilo Professionale

Bologna Business School, struttura di riferimento dell’Università di Bologna nel campo della formazione manageriale post-laurea e post-experience, è impegnata nella realizzazione di un piano di crescita a livello nazionale e internazionale. Gli obiettivi strategici collegati a questo percorso richiedono un significativo sforzo organizzativo nell’area Executive Education, con l’intento di migliorare i risultati ottenuti fino ad oggi e raggiungere nuovi obiettivi sfidanti.

In quest’ambito, BBS sta cercando una figura di Head of Open Programs che riporterà al Managing Director o un suo delegato, per occuparsi di:

raggiungere gli obiettivi in termini di qualità, di soddisfazione dei partecipanti e di sostenibilità economica dei programmi della propria area di responsabilità; operare in stretto coordinamento con il management della Scuola nella progettazione e gestione delle iniziative formative connesse alla propria area di attività (con particolare riferimento alla promozione, alla gestione dei programmi, alle attività di supporto e al miglioramento continuo della qualità della didattica); supervisionare i programmi e coordinare collaboratori e tutor coinvolti nelle attività didattiche; coordinare analisi di mercato al fine di sviluppare un’offerta innovativa e sostenibile nel tempo; partecipare al processo di valutazione dei programmi ed al processo di accreditamento internazionale; operare in stretto coordinamento con le aree della Scuola che si occupano di comunicazione e promozione; collaborare con il management della Scuola e con i Direttori dei programmi nelle attività di promozione; sviluppare relazioni con le aziende del network e con potenziali nuove aziende partner. Inquadramento

Il candidato selezionato sarà assunto con un contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato e sarà inquadrato come quadro, applicando il CCNL del Commercio Settore Terziario e Servizi. La posizione prevede anche una componente variabile della remunerazione e la retribuzione sarà commisurata alle effettive competenze maturate; inoltre la retribuzione, l’inquadramento ed il contenuto stesso della posizione potranno prevedere sviluppi o cambiamenti, a discrezione ed in coerenza con le politiche della Fondazione. Il periodo di prova sarà di 6 mesi.

Requisiti professionali

I requisiti per essere ammessi alla selezione sono:

possesso di titolo di laurea (vecchio e nuovo ordinamento, triennale, specialistica, magistrale o equipollente); esperienze professionali di almeno 4 anni nel settore della formazione manageriale o dei servizi avanzati all’impresa; conoscenza del settore della business education; conoscenza dei software di produttività personale; conoscenza della lingua italiana; conoscenza della lingua inglese. Modalità di selezione

Il Dean nominerà un Gruppo di selezione responsabile di esaminare e valutare le candidature, indicandone il coordinatore. I componenti del Gruppo di selezione possono operare congiuntamente o disgiuntamente, fermo restante la collegialità della decisione finale relativa alla selezione del soggetto vincitore.

La selezione avverrà mediante la valutazione delle esperienze professionali dei candidati sulla base dei curriculum vitae presentati e di uno o più colloqui, anche finalizzati a comprendere gli aspetti attitudinali e motivazionali. Eventuali ulteriori modalità di selezione individuate dal gruppo di valutazione saranno rese note ai partecipanti. Al termine della selezione, il coordinatore del Gruppo (a insindacabile giudizio del Gruppo stesso) comunica alla Fondazione una short list composta dai candidati ritenuti idonei, sulla base della quale il Dean (o un suo delegato) individuerà il candidato vincitore.

Nel caso in cui non sia stato possibile individuare un candidato idoneo per il profilo ricercato, non siano pervenute candidature, ovvero nel caso di mancata accettazione da parte del vincitore, BBS potrà valutare se ripetere la selezione o avviare una selezione per profili professionali diversi ovvero ricorrere ad altre forme di reclutamento di personale.
