RINA is currently recruiting for a Technician for High Pressure Testing  to join its office in Roma and Perdas within the Materials & Technologies Division.

RINA Consulting – Centro Sviluppo Materiali sta cercando una risorsa da inserire come tecnico di Laboratorio nell’organico del Laboratorio “Prove in Piena Scala”. Il Laboratorio si occupa di prove meccaniche su provini standard o customizzati per le specifiche necessità. Attualmente il Laboratorio ha un particolare indirizzo verso l’Oil & Gas ma sono diverse le attività che sono rivolte alla qualifica e/o allo sviluppo di nuovi componenti per applicazioni differenti (aerospace, defence, marine etc). La maggior parte delle prove viene svolta sulla base di richieste specifiche del cliente, andando a realizzare banchi prova specifici per l'uso.

Viene chiesta la disponibilità a lavorare in trasferta di lunga durata presso la località Perdasdefogu (Nuoro).

Job responsabilities

Eseguire test in conformità agli standard europei ed internazionali per la qualifica dei componenti e/o dei materiali Eseguire test secondo specifiche procedure stabilite con i clienti, per la caratterizzazione delle prestazioni sul campo dei componenti di prova Eseguire test “fit for pourpose” per la determinazione delle cause di specifici problemi di campo. Preparare prove meccaniche su componenti in piena scala. Eseguendo se necessario piccoli interventi di lavorazioni meccaniche per adattare il test equipment allo scopo. Verificare periodicamente lo stato delle attrezzature di prova ed effettuare la necessaria taratura e manutenzione, in accordo ai manuali d’uso. Collaborare con gli altri componenti del team per lo svolgimento del lavoro e per la soluzione degli eventuali problemi di laboratorio.

Education

High School Diploma/GED in Mechanical Studies or Science Other
