Main activities

The Resource will be included in the dedicated Group structure and will follow the following activities:

maximize the total return for each asset by analyzing system efficiencies and identifying opportunities to improve performance; support the Manager in monitoring and controlling all financial budgets (OPEX); review all SPV contracts for SPV and other counterparty obligations respectively, including insurance; monitor and influence all asset maintenance, operations and maintenance activities; maintain and cultivate relationships with all contracting parties; manage and coordinate potential contractual changes; develop compliance calendar, manage and monitor compliance across all contracts and activities; provide assistance in the due diligence process, including review of financial and operational assumptions; support the Power Management team for energy sales and monitoring of all system payments; organize and maintain site accreditation and eligibility for Feed In Tariff (FIT) or ROC (if any); manage relationships with ODNs to resolve any discrepancies; manage insurance claims on behalf of the Project
