Per la business unit SMT -Semiconductor Manufactoring Technology- ricerchiamo una figura di assistenza tecnica con domicilio nella regione Lombardia che opererà sulla nostra gamma di sistemi di metrologia, ispezione e riparazione di fotomaschere a supporto dei clienti chiave del settore dei semiconduttori.

Cosa vorrebbe dire lavorare con noi:

Provvedere all’ installazione, alla manutenzione, alla riparazione e alla validazione di sistemi complessi ad alta tecnologia per tutti gli aspetti riguardanti elettronica, tecnologia del vuoto, meccanica e informatica presso la sede del Cliente indicata dal Field Service Manager.

Fornire il supporto tecnico sia sul campo sia da remoto sulla strumentazione di laboratorio installata.

Provvedere all’eventuale formazione tecnica di base del personale addetto all’uso della strumentazione presso la sede del Cliente.

Partecipare ai training richiesti ed assegnati sulle apparecchiature, sia in Italia che in Casa Madre.

Completare le FCA (Field Corrective Action) nei tempi e modi richiesti e comunicati.

Segnalare i Complaints sui dispositivi, secondo il processo aziendale, ricevendo tutte le informazioni necessarie per gestire e chiudere tecnicamente tali criticità nei tempi e nei modi richiesti.

Eseguire e supportare tutte le attività di vendita e marketing in funzione della partecipazione a congressi, fiere, demo, workshop.

Predisporre la documentazione tecnica e inserire le informazioni rilevanti nel database aziendale, al fine di tenere traccia degli interventi eseguiti.

Fornire feedback relativamente ad opportunità di sviluppo e implementazione di contratti di manutenzione.

Contribuire al raggiungimento di standard elevati nella gestione del cliente.

Partecipare attivamente al raggiungimento dei KPI del Service.

Tenere controllato il livello di car stock e a richiesta partecipare attivamente alla conta inventariale delle parti di ricambio.

Conservare i tools di verifica assegnati in stato di manutenzione e di calibrazione valida, segnalando al Service Manager eventuali azioni da intraprendere.

Dare seguito alle richieste di “Mutual Aid” di Casa Madre , se accettate dal Field Service Manager, fornendo supporto o provvedendo all’intervento diretto in altri Paesi dell’area EMEA, in caso di picchi di attività o di apparecchiature per le quali non siano disponibili in loco FSE con formazione adeguata

Ci piacerebbe incontrare persone con queste caratteristiche:

Formazione in elettronica o esperienza lavorativa equivalente (almeno 3 anni, preferibilmente nel settore della microscopia elettronica o sistemi di ispezione nel settore dei semiconduttori)

Competenza su microscopi elettronici (FE-SEM e E-Beam) e su sistemi per la realizzazione di fotomaschere nel mondo dei semiconduttori.

Disponibilità a trasferte, prevalentemente nel Nord Italia, saltuariamente su tutto il territorio italiano e occasionalmente all'estero

Padronanza sistemi operativi Windows e pacchetto Office, gradita conoscenza Salesforce
