Monza site is an outstanding pharmaceutical contract manufacturing and development facility, specialized in aseptic injectable drugs, with a growing focus on biologics. The Technical Transfer Project Manager will work in a multicultural work environment, interacting with clients spread all over the world, chip in the standardization of the internal processes proposing innovative ideas, participate to internal multi functions' alignment, coordinate technology transfer documentation preparation and improve technology transfer acceleration.
The candidate will be involved in mentoring program with senior project managers to support them and optimize the effective management of strategic projects for the site.

Documentation
Ensure that change controls and technology transfer documents are led accordingly to project timelines Interact with all the internal functions involved and collect the relevant impacts.RDA and Material Management:
Provide continuous updates regarding materials delivery Initiate and track material purchasing processInternal Support and Client Relations
Provide support (when needed) to manufacturing activities, monitoring production on the manufacturing floor in accordance to the manufacturing shiftsAdditional assignments
Gmp:
Ensure cGMP is applied in work area and aligns with cGMP in all areas of the relevant business, as required.Understand and apply as needed, emergency procedures and safe systems of work.
Project management:
Support in or direct coordination and control of the project progress, the continuous contact with the clients, identification and troubleshooting of the technical problems supported by the specialists of involved functionsJob Scope

Requirements and qualifications
Education:
Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent (depending on country) in a scientific/pharmaceutical area (FCT, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology) or in engineering.Technical skills
Pharmaceutical techniques and production or equivalentProfessional Experience:
Typically requires at least one year of previous related experience and a general knowledge of Pharmaceutical expertise. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered. Experience with sterile manufacturing is preferredLanguages
English + local languages: Advanced written and oral communication skillsPersonality Traits
Interpersonal skills. Analytical abilities with detail orientation. Ability to work and to guide a team as well as independently.Desirable:
