Position Summary

Siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire per il ruolo di Transportation Specialist. Questa risorsa verrà inserita nell'ufficio export e sarà il punto di riferimento per i clienti interni ed esterni, seguendo l’intero processo di spedizione, dal primo contatto alla consegna della merce, ricercando la migliore soluzione di spedizione attraverso la relazione con tutti gli attori della catena logistica.

Main Responsibilities

Gestione spedizioni internazionali via mare, via aerea e via terra Predisposizione dei documenti di trasporto internazionali Gestione e definizione Livello di saturazione carichi in partenza Gestione Importazioni (Pratiche Doganali + Organizzazione Trasporti ) Contatto con fornitori di trasporti, fornendo loro un feedback dettagliato su livelli di servizio e attese, oltre che richiesta quotazioni Partecipazione a progetti di Continuous improvements per l’ottimizzazione dei flussi Logistici e di Processo.

Job Position Requirements

Education: University bachelor degree - Industrial Engineer / Economics

Professional background

• Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni in contesti multinazionali, mediamente strutturati

• Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni in funzioni Logistiche di stabilimento (Processi di Spedizione/Doganali)

Hard skills

Essential:

• Pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Inglese parlato e scritto Livello minimo B1/B2

• Excel livello medio/avanzato (Pivot/Grafici...)

• Conoscenza degli Incoterms

• SAP MM - WM

Considered as a plus:

• Power BI

• Conoscenza Pratiche doganali
