What you will be rewarded with (UK Specific):

We offer and embrace a hybrid working model that nurtures a collaborative working environment in the office 3 days per week allowing 2 days per week to be spent working on a remote basis. We will rely on you to:

Support Programme Management in the Definition of a Single Vision for Blue[i] Identify Areas to Create More Consistency across the Blue[i] Platform Collate Information for the Programme Management of Blue[i] Develop a Roadmap for Interconnectivity of Applications Support Programme Management to coordinate with Business Leaders to Develop a One-Year Development Roadmap Evaluate Integration with Marsh Enterprise-wide Initiatives Outline and Recommend Improvements to Governance Structure Collaborate with Regional Change Management Colleagues for Training Plan

What you need to have: 

Business analyst experience Insurance knowledge and experience Clear understanding of analytics and risk management Understanding or experience of the day-to-day role of product development.
