Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Assistance: Deliver exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, promptly addressing their needs and resolving issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot client issues, ensuring their satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  • Data Recording: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive client experience.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Italian, with at least B2-level English proficiency.
  • Eligibility: Must possess EU citizenship or a Portuguese residence card.
  • Experience: Previous experience in client support or a related field is beneficial but not required.
  • Relocation: Willingness to move to Lisbon, Portugal (Relocation package available for those relocating from abroad).
