NTT Data Italy is looking for a Head of Blockchain. In the division Innovation and Advanced Technologies, the candidate will lead the projects in the blockchain area. 

These are the main skils we are looking for: 

Innovation and Adaptability:

Innovative mindset and the ability to anticipate emerging trends in the blockchain field. Adaptability to a rapidly evolving environment and the capacity to bring in new ideas and approaches. Willingness to work in international contexts. 

Presales and Business Development:

Support for presales activities with a blend of business and blockchain technical knowledge. Business development capabilities. 

Leadership and Team Management:

Proven experience in team management, with the ability to inspire and lead others. Skill in building a collaborative and motivating work environment. Ability to develop internal talent and manage human resources effectively. 

Strategy and Planning:

Capability to define and implement long-term strategies for blockchain adoption in client contexts. Experience in constructing business cases and economic models related to blockchain implementations. Strategic vision to identify growth opportunities and remain competitive in the industry. 

Interpersonal Relations and Communication:

Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts clearly and comprehensibly to a variety of stakeholders. Ability to collaborate with other departments and business functions to integrate blockchain solutions into overall operations. 

Industry Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the applications and impacts of blockchain in relevant sectors such as finance, supply chain, healthcare, etc. . Requeriments:

Technical Skills:

In-depth experience in the design, development, and implementation of blockchain solutions. Knowledge of various blockchain platforms, protocols, and relevant technologies. Understanding of security and privacy best practices related to blockchain technology. 

Project Management, Delivery, and Budget:

Experience in managing complex projects, from planning to implementation and monitoring. Understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to efficiently manage resources (30 people). Budget management skills (Million €). 

Ethics and Compliance:

Knowledge of ethical implications and compliance issues related to blockchain solutions. 

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field. Relevant certifications in the field of blockchain are a plus. Mandatory proficiency in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
