La figura sarà responsabile della progettazione e implementazione di strategie di sicurezza per garantire la protezione dei clienti, del personale e dei beni in tutti i retail ed outlet aziendali presenti nella regione EMEA.

Principali attività e responsabilità

Creare e implementare strategie di sicurezza su misura per i negozi di lusso, considerando le specificità del settore, Garantire la conformità agli standard di sicurezza del lusso e delle normative locali, Supportare le boutique nuove ed esistenti per quanto riguarda le questioni legate alla sicurezza, Gestione e implementazione di concetti di sicurezza in collaborazione con architetti e artigiani, Effettuare Risk Assessment per verificare le misure di sicurezza da adottare, incluso personale di sicurezza, Supervisionare e coordinare il personale di sicurezza nei negozi, qualora presente, assicurandosi che siano formati in modo adeguato e rispettino gli standard di servizio di lusso, Implementare e gestire tecnologie di sicurezza avanzate, tra cui sistemi di videosorveglianza, allarmi antitaccheggio e accessi controllati, Monitorare le minacce alla sicurezza, anticipare i rischi e sviluppare piani di risposta rapida per garantire la sicurezza dei clienti e del personale, Collaborare con il personale di vendita per garantire che le attività di sicurezza non compromettano l'esperienza d'acquisto del cliente, Verifica del rispetto dell'applicazione di specifiche linee guida di sicurezza ed organizzare visite regolari alle boutique e assistenza nell'implementazione di misure correttive, Condurre indagini interne su eventuali casi di furto o violazioni della sicurezza, collaborando con le autorità locali se necessario.

Requisiti richiesti

Esperienza comprovata nella gestione della sicurezza nel settore del lusso o del retail, Conoscenza delle migliori pratiche di sicurezza nel settore del lusso, Capacità di gestire situazioni delicate con professionalità e discrezione, Competenza nell'utilizzo di tecnologie di sicurezza avanzate.
