ITT operates through three Value Centers (business units):

Motion Technologies (“MT”) designs and manufactures brake pads, shock absorbers, buffers and couplers and sealing solutions for the automotive and rail markets. MT is based in Barge, Italy. Industrial Process (“IP”) designs and manufactures pumps, valves, monitoring and control systems, water treatment and aftermarket services for the chemical, oil and gas, mining and other industrial process markets, as well as global service capabilities. IP is based in Seneca Falls, N.Y. Connect and Control Technologies (CCT) designs and manufactures harsh-environment connector and critical energy absorption and flow control components primarily for the aerospace, defense and industrial markets. CCT is based in Valencia, CA.

Responsabilità essenziali

This is an internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern at ITT Motion Technologies. The intern will be responsible for assisting with full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. The intern will also be involved in employer branding initiatives and supporting the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition team. This is an on-site internship located in Barge.

Requisiti di posizione

Experience or coursework in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring. Strong interest in employer branding strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability in the usage of Linkedin and knowledge of local job boards. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Excel and PPT. Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus.
