REGULATORY AFFAIRS SPECIALIST (zona Roma Eur)


La risorsa assunta sarà inserita nell'Ufficio Affari Regolatori, riceverà un affiancamento per un corretto onboarding e si occuperà di svolgere le seguenti attività:


- Supportare la strategia normativa per la registrazione e il rimborso di nuovi prodotti, se applicabile, tenendo conto della strategia aziendale e dei requisiti normativi;

- Garantire la manutenzione dei prodotti in linea;

- Monitorare e implementare nuove normative per supportare il mantenimento e la crescita del business;

- Supportare la valutazione dell'impatto delle prossime normative sui prodotti da utilizzare attraverso le associazioni di categoria;

-Registrare il prodotto, approvarlo e includerlo nel Registro Nazionale, ed eventualmente gestire pratiche di rimborso, lancio e mantenimento (ad esempio di Alimenti a fini medici speciali, integratori alimentari);

- Negoziare con le Autorità di Regolamentazione durante il processo di revisione, per garantire la registrazione e l'approvazione del rimborso, se applicabile;

- Partecipare efficacemente ai team di progetto NPI e garantire il tempestivo completamento dei compiti e una chiara comunicazione dei rischi e delle opportunità normative;

- Garantire l'attuazione di nuove normative/orientamenti entro i termini legali;

- Approvare etichette, formule, schede tecniche, materiale pubblicitario e promozionale garantendo l'allineamento con le normative locali, codici di condotta, SOP;

- Fornire supporto tecnico e normativo alle parti interessate interne;

- Lavorare in modo indipendente in una sede separata dal Manager;

- Impegnarsi in documenti/posizioni messi insieme all'interno delle associazioni di categoria per le normative attuali e future e valutare/influenzare l'impatto per le attività da utilizzare per la sensibilizzazione locale;

- Valutare e comunicare l'impatto delle normative/standard regionali pertinenti nel mercato locale;

- Indicare in attività di reporting, i prodotti, i budget, la produttività, il livello di contatti (interni ed esterni) o altre misure di definizione di cui questo lavoro è responsabile;

- Garantire che tutte le scadenze siano rispettate


Il/la nostro candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

Titolo di Studi: Laurea triennale o specialistica in Scienze in una delle diverse branche di biologia, chimica, microbiologia, tecnologia medica, farmacia, farmacologia ed equipollenti.

- 2-3 anni di esperienza in un settore regolamentato in ambito pharma (preferibilmente prodotti nutrizionali o medici).

- In alternativa sarà valutato con interesse e preso in considerazione chi ha esperienza in garanzia di qualità, Ricerca e Sviluppo/supporto, Affari Scientifici, operazioni o aree correlate.

- Ottime capacità di inglese scritto e di comunicazione

- Capacità di gestione dei progetti altamente sviluppate

- Ottime capacità di problem solving

- Lavoro per obiettivi a livello Business


Cosa si Offre?

Si offre un iniziale contratto di 6 mesi tramite la nostra Agenzia in somministrazione.

Monte Orario: Full Time dal Lunedì al Venerdì nella fascia oraria 9-18

CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico L. A3 corrispondente ad una retribuzione mensile lorda di € 2981,22 - RAL 41.7
