Legal Advisor - Group Ship Contracts and Procurement

Job Description

A diretto riporto del responsabile dell’ente Group Ship Contracts and Procurement (parte della funzione Business and Strategic Legal Affairs), cui compete, tra l’altro, il supporto e l’assistenza alle Divisioni/funzioni aziendali e alle società controllate nella redazione e supervisione della contrattualistica della supply chain del Gruppo, la candidata/il candidato si occuperà, coadiuvando il responsabile dell’ente, della predisposizione e negoziazione della contrattualistica commerciale relativa all’acquisizione di beni e servizi strumentali alle esigenze operative della supply chain.

Attività

La risorsa si occuperà, principalmente, delle seguenti attività:

analisi, predisposizione e negoziazione della contrattualistica, tra cui contratti d’appalto, di vendita e di fornitura, contratti EPC, contratti di distribuzione, contratti di trasporto e altri contratti connessi alla logistica; revisione e applicazione delle condizioni generali d’acquisto e di appalto e periodico aggiornamento delle stesse alla luce dell’evoluzione normativa; attuazione e gestione amministrativa della contrattualistica; predisposizione di note e/o schede in linea con le policies aziendali; analisi, approfondimento e implementazione delle novità normative e giurisprudenziali.

Requisiti

La/il candidata/o ha:

conseguito una Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza con votazione non inferiore a 105/110; maturato un’esperienza lavorativa di almeno 3/5 anni all’interno di uffici legali di aziende strutturate o presso studi legali nazionali o internazionali di comprovata reputazione; un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata (la conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerata un plus); un solido background professionale ed accademico, preferibilmente collegato al settore manufatturiero, della logistica e/o dello shipping; capacità organizzative e di efficace supervisione del lavoro; capacità di analisi e di sintesi, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione capacità di lavorare in team e ottime doti relazionali; una spiccata predisposizione al problem solving e attitudine al risultato; curiosità intellettuale e spirito di iniziativa.
