Within the CFO domain the Associate Finance Business Advice is a key member of the Management Accounting -Finance Business Advice team of ING Italy and he/she:
Educational/Professional background
University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics. Work experience: 5-7 years in similar roles Banking background desired (experience in international banks is an advantage) Skills required:

Capable of thinking big picture, tell a story taking all aspects - financial, operational, commercial - into account Excellent communicator, able to communicate to all levels of the organization - board level to operational level Well organized and flexible - capable to assign priorities and cope with a changing environment Proactive, self-starter and execution driven Has good interpersonal/team working skills Eager to learn Fluent in English Accurate with numbersDuration: Permanent
