Mission

Il/la Specialista in Implementazione e Supporto di Soluzioni Cyber sarà responsabile del deployment, configurazione e manutenzione delle soluzioni Splunk, garantendo prestazioni ottimali e sicurezza.

Sono invitati ad inviare la candidatura anche i candidati disponibili in aree geografiche non menzionate nell'annuncio.

Key Accountabilities

Il candidato ideale possiede un minimo di 4 anni di esperienza nell'implementazione di soluzioni Splunk e preferibilmente ha ottenuto una certificazione Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin o Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect. La conoscenza delle soluzioni cyber di aziende come Tenable, SentinelOne, Fortinet, Netskope e CyberArk sarà considerata un vantaggio significativo.

Responsabilità Principali:

Guidare l'implementazione e la configurazione delle soluzioni Splunk per soddisfare le specifiche esigenze dei nostri clienti. Fornire supporto continuo e troubleshooting per le implementazioni Splunk, garantendo alta disponibilità e prestazioni. Sviluppare e mantenere dashboard, report e alert di Splunk per migliorare il monitoraggio della sicurezza e la risposta agli incidenti. Collaborare con i clienti per comprendere le loro esigenze di sicurezza. Assicurare l'integrazione di Splunk con altri strumenti e piattaforme di sicurezza informatica. Fornire formazione e supporto ai clienti sulle funzionalità di Splunk e sulla Best practice Sviluppare e modificare applicazioni Splunk con altre piattaforme di Cybersecurity Utilizzare e configurare Splunk Enterprise Security per migliorare le capacità di rilevamento delle minacce e la gestione degli incidenti. Gestire l'implementazione di grandi progetti Splunk per garantire il successo e la soddisfazione del cliente. Mantenersi aggiornati sulle ultime tendenze e sviluppi delle tecnologie Splunk e di sicurezza informatica.

Qualifications

Comprovata esperienza nell'implementazione e supporto di soluzioni Splunk. Certificazione Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin o Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect altamente desiderata. Forte comprensione dei principi di sicurezza informatica e delle Best Practices Esperienza con soluzioni cyber dei seguenti vendor: Tenable, SentinelOne, Fortinet, Netskope e CyberArk preferita. Eccellenti capacità di problem-solving e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione. Forti capacità comunicative e interpersonali. Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
