Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
The resource will be responsible for supporting the HQ SC Reporting Team in the collection of data and their consolidation at a global level, in order to prepare and circulate to the entire SC community and to Prysmian's TOP Management, on the basis of a predefined calendar, the main performance indicators of Logistics. She/He will also support the Team in the ongoing projects on the digital transformation of the Supply Chain Department, providing a valuable contribution to the design and development of new reporting structures and processes.
The Internship will be structured as an 'on-the-job training'. The intern will be responsible for supporting the manager in the following activities:
Weekly management of global reporting on sales and production volume trends and data analysis Preparation and monitoring of stock of some plants and respective analysis of product turnover levels. Support in customer service monitoring and Continuos improvement projects on key Service KPIs. Support in consolidation of monthly planning data and volume reconciliation activities between the Supply Chain and Finance departments. Preparation of ad-hoc reports for presentations to Top Management.Who are we looking for?
Graduating in Management Engineering Excellent knowledge of English, (writing and speaking ) Excellent knowledge of the MS Office pack Flexibility ProactivityThe ideal candidate is a dynamic, flexible and proactive person. He/she has good interpersonal skills and is strongly interested in an international environment.
