Virtual Team Assistant

The successful candidate will be a university graduate with previous experience in a related role, along with a high fluency in English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the team on a daily basis with any procedurals and related tasks Assist with interviews, engage and train individuals who will be providing services to clients through the platform Help with reporting, analysing and evaluating the performance of freelancers and provide insights to Management Contribute towards side projects and ideas that will optimise and enhance the quality of services offered to clients CANDIDATE PROFILE Educated to university degree level in Human Resources, Management / Administration, or any other relevant field. Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. Ability to properly manage tasks and time. Advanced knowledge of the English language (both verbal & writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage. High level of computer literacy skills, including Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
