In ambito Chief Network, Operations & Wholesale Office ricerchiamo persone brillanti con laurea di secondo livello in discipline quantitative: Informatica, Ingegneria, Data Science, Statistica, Matematica e/o equivalenti, appassionate o con almeno due anni di esperienza sull'Intelligenza Artificiale.


Nell'ambito delle sue attività, la figura di Developer Cognitive dovrà avere le capacità di:
•Disegnare/codificare soluzioni a supporto di processi operativi sulla piattaforma cognitive 
•Definire i modelli linguistici, sviluppare i dialoghi, curare il training ed rilascio in esercizio degli use case
•Assicurare il monitoraggio delle performance, individuare le aree di miglioramento e attuare azioni migliorative sui dialoghi
•Analizzare dati e implementare modelli di Machine Learning volti a determinare degli insight finalizzati all'ottimizzazione dei processi di assistenza tecnica e al miglioramento della qualità percepita dal cliente


Competenze richieste :
•Conoscenza ed esperienza nell'utilizzo di tecniche di analisi statistica con algoritmi di machine learning
•Programmazione in Python e utilizzo di tool di visualizzazione
•Conoscenze di metodologie di Analisi Dati e/o Cognitive Computing


Costituiscono titolo preferenziale possedere:
