Per la stagione 2024, stiamo cercando un/a Kids Club Attendant per il nostro Kids Club.

La risorsa risponderà al Front of the House Manager.

Principali mansioni e responsabilità

La/Il Kids Club Attendant dovrà:

  • Occuparsi dell’accoglienza e delle famiglie
  • Gestire la documentazione
  • Occuparsi delle attività interne al Kids Club

Requirements

  • Comunicazione efficace, intelligenza emotiva e flessibilità
  • Collaborazione: giocare di squadra è fondamentale
  • Orientamento ai risultati: fornire un alto livello di servizio anticipando e superando le aspettative dei nostri ospiti
  • Visione globale: tratta gli altri con rispetto e inclusività, a prescindere dalla posizione ricoperta, il livello e le esperienze

Altri requisiti:

  • Esperienza in mansioni simili
  • Ottima predisposizione al lavoro con bambini
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese

  • Contratto stagionale C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Part time - Livello 5, qualifica di Kids Club Attendant.
  • Inizio contratto: Maggio 2024 - Fine contratto: Settembre 2024, con l’obiettivo di una collaborazione continuativa e stabile per le prossime stagioni presso l’Hotel Splendido, con un percorso di crescita.
  • Retribuzione da CCNL, Ratei di 13° e 14° mensilità + TFR in busta paga separata.
