Internship Sales Innovation
Il candidato/a si occuperà di supportare il tema nella gestione del portafoglio clienti con l’obiettivo di aumentare la loro soddisfazione, attraverso un consumo consapevole, generare opportunità di upselling e cross selling verso altri prodotti e servizi e fidelizzarli per incrementare il tasso di retention, oltre che di supportare la coordinatrice nella gestione di attività di reportistica e backoffice.
Le skills richieste sono:
Propensione all’apprendimento; Ottime capacità di team working e di collaborazione; Flessibilità e orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati; Attitudine al problem solving e autonomia organizzativa; Conoscenza della lingua inglese o altre lingue rappresenta un plus ai fini della nostra valutazione.Il candidato/a ideale possiede:
Gradita Laurea in materie Economiche/ Umanistiche e Comunicazione; Buona conoscenza di MSOffice, in particolare di Microsoft Excel; Empatia e Buone doti comunicative.Si offre un ambiente di lavoro dinamico in un contesto internazionale.
Il progetto di stage ha una durata di 6 mesi, full time, rimborso spese € mensili + % smart.
La sede di lavoro è Milano.
