IL CANDIDATO SI OCCUPERA’ DI:
preparazione della Mise en place dei tavoli del Ristorante e del Buffet colazioni di accogliere gli Ospiti dell'albergo di raccogliere le richieste da parte degli Ospiti per la caffetteria; preparazione della caffetteria calda: caffè, cappuccini, the ecc.. riassetto del buffet delle colazioni; riassetto e preparazione della sala ristorante e dei tavoli per il servizio successivo. REQUISITI RICHIESTI:
. Ottima empatia e predisposizione al Cliente;
. Capacità di lavoro in team e di gestione dello stress.
. Conoscenza della preparazione di cibi e del protocollo sanitario HACCP
