Our Demand Planning Department in Segrate (Italy) is looking for a

 

                                Team Lead Demand Planning South (m/f/d) (100%)

 

In this role you will be responsible for the Demand Planning process in South Europe. By maintaining an accurate demand forecast, you will significantly contribute to the success of the Demand Planning organization in Europe for both brands– Triumph and sloggi.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsibility for the efficiency and effectiveness for the demand planning process for South Europe
  • Responsibility for entire monthly forecast process that involves maintenance of baseline forecast, promotional activities, and listing/de-listings as aligned with the commercial teams
  • Conduct and moderate monthly alignment meetings with the relevant commercial stakeholders to conclude on a consensus forecast
  • Participation in the monthly sales forecast process to positively contribute to the sales forecast accuracy by providing relevant historical data, forecast models backed-up by data and relevant stock out information
  • Monitor the availability of products against customer orders, escalating significant mismatches between demand forecast and actual sell-in demand
  • Maintenance of order entry blocks and delivery dates in line with the information obtained from internal stakeholders
  • Verification and plausibility check of data entries of commercial organization
  • Perform cluster relevant reporting and data analysis
  • Manage the local team in line with the rules and regulations and solve HR related topics together with the responsible HR Business Partner

 

 

Your ideal profile:

  • University Degree in Supply Chain/Planning
  • Minimum 5-year experience in demand and/or supply planning within the fashion/FMCG business
  • Deep Supply Chain knowledge
  • Analytical mindset
  • Great communicator
  • Able to work against deadlines
  • Proficiency in working with SAP APO/IBP, SAP BW, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Fluency in both Italian and English is required
