Often, this can be a 9am - 9pm job. You are working hand-in-hand with the CEO.

THE ROLE

You'll work directly with the CEO on a daily basis, on the CEO's team, as the operative side of everything she does. You'll have a direct impact on core matters for the company.

Part analyst, part operator, part project manager and entrepreneur in residence - and, as you prove yourself, increasingly you can grow on a track to Strategy Senior or even Chief of Staff.

The last person in this seat now leads a whole department at Holifya.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own strategic partner relationships - up to corporate top management - with leading pharma companies, top hospital groups and insurers: decks, business cases, milestone tracking (making things happen for real and "battere i tempi" is literally part of the job)
• Be an entrepreneur in residence, owning special projects end-to-end
• Run the fundraising engine: VC research and outreach, pipeline management, data room management, investor deep-dives, pitch deck and strategic storylines for our Series A
• Own the numbers: business plan structuring with strategic assumptions, cap table and returns/IRR scenarios modeling that hold up in front of top-tier funds
• Build our goal-setting machine: OKR/KPI setting and process, quarter over quarter, to ensure execution is always aligned with strategy
• Help build an A-team: JDs, pipelines, scorecards, hiring process
• Upgrade how the CEO and CEO office operates: automate and absorb, with AI tools as your default lever

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A top-tier training ground: MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), Private Equity, Investment Banking, investment analyst/manager at a top VC, Founder's Associate at a strong scale-up — or founder yourself. You've been in the trenches in a super-demanding environment
• BSc/Master's in Economics, Finance, Engineering or related quantitative field (Mathematics, Physics...)
• Entrepreneurial mindset, full autonomy — you'd rather close the loop than write the recommendation
• High work ethic, even higher ambition
• Serious modeling firepower and analytical skills: you love data, you master models - models are built by you, not reviewed by you
• Organization & coordination: multiple workstreams and partners moving in parallel, zero dropped balls
• Milan, in office most days. Italian English close-to bilingual fluency.
