We are now strengthening our presence in Italy and seeking an experienced SEO Expert to join our Italian team. You will manage entire projects and accounts, liaising directly with the client and our SEO & PPC teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, operational leadership and strong communication skills.

Your role will require direct execution of SEO tasks, while simultaneously being able to coordinate activities and report to the client on the entire project activities and performance in SEO and Paid channels.

**What are we looking for?**

- 5+ years of experience in SEO project management for international clients
- Experience with technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimisation
- Familiarity with SEO analysis and reporting tools, such as GA 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and Looker Studio
- It’s a plus to know and manage AI for reporting and analysis
- Good analytical skills of Paid Media campaigns. Great understanding of a Full-Funnel Search and Paid Media approach. Ability to communicate and report across all performance channels. Note: it’s not required to manage PPC & Social Ads campaigns, but be able to guide and manage clients on their performance
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical teams and clients
- Fluency in English and Italian is required, additional languages are a plus
- Experience with managing projects in English (interviews will be in English)
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
- High attention to detail
- Willingness for continuous training in the SEO & PPC sector

**What will you do?**

- Managing accounts, clients and projects
- Coordinating between our Italian office, mainly Italy based clients, and the Spanish based SEO and SEA teams
- Preparation of SEO audits and strategies
- SEO activities such as: market analysis, keyword research (in Italian, English and ideally another European language), on-page recommendations, technical recommendations, growth ideas, preparations of roadmaps, leading client meetings, educating on SEO trends
- Market and competitor analysis: both SEO & SEA
- Proposal of actions to improve clients’ performance, mainly in SEO, without losing the focus on overall Search and Performance Marketing
- Reporting of results and insights including presentations to clients
- Support with the preparation of proposals for new clients
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Being available for national and international travel. Frequent travel to Milan and other major cities in Italy will be required
- Important Note: it’s not expected that you can manage and optimize paid media accounts such as Google Ads or any Social Ads accounts, but the ability to be able to report on performance on these based on data and KPI’s

**What are the nice-to-haves?**

- Additional languages (French, German, Dutch)
- Experience with automations, scripts, AI Agents and AI tools.
- Experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Bard...) oriented towards SEO optimization purposes (automations, optimizations, clustering, GPTs...)
- Sales support with sales pitches, events and presentations
