**Jr. Collection Merchandiser**
that will support the Merchandising Manager RTW in managing a tailored assortment by market in order to guarantee the correct balance between the full representation of the brand image and the optimization of sales results.

**In This Role, You Will**

- Trends and Competitors analysis
- Work in cooperation with product development team and style office in the development of the collection
- Defining seasonal collection and Retail Selection guideline
- Support Training department with seasonal Launch Plan & specific Launch Deck
- Business monitoring by channel/markets to optimize new collection development

- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent knowledge of Power Point
- Analytic skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong personal interest for the luxury business
- 1 year of experience in collection merchandising
- Degree in Economics
- Fluent Italian, Fluent English
