Born in Switzerland in 1851 with a global mindset, we are one of the world's longstanding luxury brands with an explorative spirit leading by the innovation.We are fully committed in supporting cultural engagement, community involvement and environmental protection while responsibly crafting products of the highest quality.For our team in Milan, we are looking for a Merchandising Assistant to support the Women’s Accessories Merchandising Manager in the definition, management, and control of the collection.Support Women’s Accessories Merchandising Manager during the product creation from a commercial aspect.Help the Women’s Accessories Merchandising Manager defining the collection structure from a commercial perspective in terms of price, models and Stock Keeping UnitsAssist Women’s Accessories Merchandising Manager co-ordinating product feedback from Regional Merchandising teamsSupport the Women’s Accessories Merchandising Manager during the review of prototypes with regard to function, consumer acceptance, trade acceptancematerials, constructionsMonitor sales and perform categories analyses globallyMonitor and assist in controlling the budgetEducation: currently enrolled in a recognized university program (Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point).Good organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail.Previous internship or academic experience in fashion, luxury, or merchandising is considered a plus.Fluent in English and Italian.
