Mercer is seeking candidates based in our Italian office to expand the team on a path of rapid growth offering an exciting and fruitful opportunity in Milan or Rome as People Tax & Labor Senior Consultant, under the responsibility of the People Tax & Labor Practice Leader.

We will count on you for:

  • Domestic payroll advisory
  • Individual tax compliance and advisory services
  • Social security compliance and advisory
  • High net worth and Executive tax services
  • Employment tax
  • Equity and Incentives tax advisory
  • Welfare
  • Labor Law

What you need to have:

  • Master Degree in Law or Economics
  • Approximately 2/4 years of experience in complex organization and important professional firms
  • Registration in the register or Lawyers or Chartered Accountants or Labor Consultant or in the register of trainee of the same professional association
  • You are fluent in Italian and English (Spanish, Chinese or French will be considered as a plus)
  • You want to achieve a lot and value quality, but you are also a team player
  • You are available to join us as an independent contractor (i.e. with a "Partiva Iva"/Self-employed contract).
