RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Property & Facility Administrative Support Advisor to join its office in Genova, Italy within the Global Property & Facility Management Division.
MissionSupport to the Global Planning Facility & Energy Efficiency Management team in reporting and cost monitoring activities
Key AccountabilitiesSupport the Global Planning Facility & Energy Efficiency Management team in the planning and monitoring activities of Property & Facility projects. In particular, the resource will investigate the projects' economic, control and cost progress aspects with constant dialogue with other group functions such as Property&Facility, Management Control, Business functions, etc.
Qualification:
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular reference to the Excel application;
- Ability to work in a team and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent organizational and management skills;
- Attention to detail and precision;
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills;
- Enthusiasm, curiosity and ability to collaborate;
- Proactivity, energy and strong results orientation.
