We're hiring for Seed Quality Testing Specialist

At Corteva Agriscience, you will help us make what's next. You will be part of a team that is evolving towards continuous improvement to ensure the quality of our seeds throughout the process.
In this role, you will use your expertise and skills to benefit the team, supporting planning and testing activities, the internal quality system and general laboratory business.
You Will Be Part of Growing Team
Quality Control
Your Challenge:
- Support the Seed Quality Testing Supervisor and Coordinator in planning activities, communicating priorities and managing the seasonal team to meet Testing deadlines
- Participate in all laboratory initiatives and working groups with a continuous improvement mindset
- Participate in maintaining and improving the internal quality management system
- Supervise seasonal workers
- Perform training and coaching for seasonal workers
- Provide assistance with technical and IT issues and result management
- Help maintain proper functionality of laboratory equipment
- Provide administrative support
- Participate in maintain a safe work environment and enforce company policies
Key Stakeholders and Interactions:
Serve as a team member in the Seed Quality Testing Laboratory group at Corteva Agriscience
Location: SISLAB, Sissa Trecasali (PR) - Italy

Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
- High school diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Good technical skills in seed testing and laboratory practices
- Excellent interpersonal and working skills within a large and diverse team
- Ability to identify and work according to priorities and objectives, meeting deadlines
- Excellent work organization both independently and within a team
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to adapt, manage changes and solve problems
- Good use of computers systems
- Understand, speak and write in English
- Availability for both shift work and office hours, depending on the time of year
