RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Recruitment Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Human Resources Division.

Mission


RINA is looking for a Recruiter for its main office in Genoa. The ideal candidate will join a young and fast-paced environment, managing an end-to-end recruitment process for various sectors.

Job Responsibilities
 

  • Keeping a constant relationship with the Hiring Managers to understand their needs and even try to anticipate them
  • Screening CVs and active searching candidates on different platforms (i.e. LinkedIn), sometimes being creative in identifying new recruitment strategies
  • Conducting HR interviews and, when needed, participating to the technical ones
  • Providing specific feedbacks both to the Hiring Manager and to the candidates
  • Promoting campaigns to attract and engage prospective candidates
  • Support in KPIs monitoring

     

Experience And Requirements

 

  • Maximum 2 years of experience in the role
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Familiar with different selection tools (behavioral interview, psychometric tests…)
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365
  • Basic knowdledge of SAP in as an advantage

     

Education

Master’s Degree in Psychology or Economics
