Internship Property Evaluation

 

Il servizio Valutazione Immobili – Rapporto Estimativo offerto da Crif Services è la soluzione per la gestione delle valutazioni immobiliari in linea con i più rigorosi criteri estimativi riconosciuti a livello internazionale e nel rispetto dei requisiti previsti dalla normativa vigente.

 

La figura che ricerchiamo dovrà svolgere le seguenti attività

 

  • supporto alla gestione e monitoraggio del flusso delle valutazioni immobiliari
  • interfaccia con i clienti banche e con i professionisti del network di periti Crif Services
  • effettuare attività di quality control delle valutazioni immobiliari eseguite da periti e consulenti esterni verificando il rispetto della procedura e degli standard aziendali

 

Il profilo ideale possiede:

  • Laurea in ingegneria civile, ingegneria edile, architettura, economia o diploma di maturità tecnica
  • buona conoscenza di office e strumenti informativi in generale
  • buone capacità relazionali
  • capacità di lavorare in team
  • buona capacità di apprendimento

 

Si offre un ambiente di lavoro dinamico ed in forte crescita.

 

Modalità di lavoro ibrida, che prevede possibilità di smart working al 40%.

 

Durata dello stage: 6 mesi, full time, con rimborso spese di 700 euro mensili.
